1. How can YOU get involved in the planning process?
Easy! Attend a community meeting! These meetings start the first week in October and run through the middle of November. If you can not attend the meeting scheduled in your area, please know that you are welcome to attend any of the other meetings – and as many of them that fit into your schedule.
2. Is there a way to be involved even if I can not attend any of the scheduled meetings?
Certainly! Your input is important and vital to our vision. At any time through out the plan development you can make comments and recommend new ideas through the Fayette Forward 2020 Vision website.
The main areas on the website for you to make comments and submit your ideas are: 1. Projects 2. Communities and 3. Vision/Values
You can make comments on whatever is important to you – anywhere on the website. Your ideas and comments are important to us and to your community.
3. How do I submit my comments /ideas on the website?
You can submit your ideas and comments on every page of the website by looking for the area called “Leave a Reply.” This is usually at the bottom of the page. Once you have typed in your message, click on Submit Comment to complete the transaction.

I was driving to work today over the Masontown bridge and was watching as all of the oil, gas and dump trucks went by. My thought was that if these companies trucks are destroying our roads, maybe the companies should pay to fix all of the potholes that their trucks are leaving rather than us paying with our taxes. I don’t live in Fayette Co. but I work here.
please let me know when your meetings take place! i would love to be more involved in fayette co. i feel it is everyones duty to care about the community we reside in. sincerely, george j. murkley
